Mary Liz Wheelis, Founder
Groomed by her Travel Editor (Town and Country) mom for 30 years, Mary Liz was brought up to see the world through the eyes of a travel writer. Memorable properties are more than a place to stay; they should have an identity, a story, and offer unique touches and experiences for the guest, which is why she is attracted to solely privately owned properties. She got basic sales training via ad sales working her way up from weekly travel trade magazines to the Travel Advertising Manager spot for T&C magazine. She learned the hotel representative business by working at one. Handling everything from brochure fulfillment to escorting GM's on sales calls. To top it off, she married an hotelier who worked with Rockresorts and now currently is working at a 5 star boutique hotel in New York. For the past 15 years she has carved out a niche in representing small, authentic, vacation properties that tell a story. In her experience she has cultivated business for private islands, Necker Island and Musha Cay, villas such as Mustique Island, and currently Little Whale Cay in the Berry Islands Bahamas, Golden Pavilion in Tortola, family owned Bettoja Hotels of Rome hotels and soft adventure retreats in Panama.
Martha Morano, Public Relations Specialist
Founder of Morano PR, Martha also has a rich experience in the travel industry. She believes in giving intense special attention to clients and the press, and building enduring relationships. Her specialty has been promoting and publicizing upscale and extraordinary hotels and destinations to travel agents and the general public. Over the years Martha has traveled extensively working with unique hotels world wide. She and her associates have been responsible for launching many properties and destinations to the traveling public. An active member of the Society of American Travel Writers.

Evelyn League-St. Germain
Evelyn is Owner and President of LMG, Inc. Established in January 1996 after 15 years in the Travel Industry. Evelyn established League Marketing Group, Inc. to serve a niche in the marketplace providing comprehensive representation and project management specializing in Sales, Marketing and Public Relations for Tourism related entities. Over the past ten years, 90% of LMG's clients have come by referral from former associates and or other tourism industry personnel. Evelyn's experience spans over thirty years within the travel industry. Her Hotel career started in Anaheim, California and over the years she has been involved in opening ten hotels, has specialized in all markets of the industry. In addition, she has headed regional sales offices and directed the efforts of the Sales and Marketing, Public Relations and Advertising worldwide for the luxury Bora Bora Lagoon Resort in French Polynesia for six years, now an Orient Express Hotel . She is quite familiar with the domestic and international arenas, having participated in ASTA REGIONAL and WORLD CONGRESS, LUXURY TRAVEL EXPO, IT&ME, LABTA, ASAE, MPI, and SITE UNIVERSITY. The International shows include; TIANGUS, WTM, BIT, ITB, FITUR, TTW Montreux, TOP RESA, and CHA. She regularly attends industry functions for SITE, MPI, PROST and ASTA. During her free time she enjoys spending time with her husband Sam and sons, entertaining friends and family, reading, playing Tennis, and relaxing in one of the wonderful properties in the LMG portfolio.
Lynn Ferrara – South East
Lynn Ferrara has been in the travel industry for 25 years. First as a vacation travel agent specializing in international & European FIT travel (a Italy specialist.) then as manager for multiple Amex Offices in the Atlanta area. The past 8 years she has been a multi line rep, based in Atlanta & covering the South East. Unlike the other Reps her area, she limits accounts to three. This insures a high profile representation & customer service for each client. "Quality, not Quantity."
Fran Gellar – Mid West
Fran came highly recommended by travel colleagues and has a good reputation in the travel industry. She belongs to more than 6 travel organizations and attends monthly meetings where there is an opportunity to give a 2 minute commercial at the microphone. Last year she was asked to be a guest speaker at NACTA meetings, ASTA meetings, OSSN, etc. in MI, MO, MN, etc. She is strongly associated with Italy in the marketplace having worked for Ciga Hotels for many years. Since starting her own business in 1992, she has always had an Italian client so basically, she has promoted Italy for the past 28 years.

Mary has worked as an independent contractor in the travel industry for 17 years. She worked as a product manager at a wholesale company and before that worked for Mexicana Airlines. Her strengths as a multi-line representative is her ability to build excellent relationships with the retail travel community in the Northwest for nearly 20 years. She is known to her accounts and trusted regarding the products she represents and the information that she offers them.
